Easy Routine Facial Exercise for You to Have a More Youthful-Looking Face

This exercise helps in keeping your forehead supple and smooth.

To improve the circulation of the blood in your face you could do face tapping. Face tapping involves the use of your middle finger; taping certain areas of your face such as the brow bone, below the eye area, bridge of the nose and along the laugh lines, in a manner similar to how you will check if a certain surface is hot.

Radiant skin will result when you do the ear massage. Use your index finger and thumb to do the massage for the ears starting from the tip going to the lobes including the rim of the ears. Press your temples using your palm and finger tips, and then lift the temples upwards. In doing so, you can prevent the wrinkles from showing. To maximize the effect, you should pause for acouple of seconds and then repeat the steps few more times.

Opening your mouth as wide as you can is another form of facial exercise. This will relax the muscles in your face, blood circulation improvement and gives you tranquility. Other facial exercises with the same effect include pinching your cheeks multiple times, breathing out through the mouth while opening it as wide as possibly can with your tongue stick out and stretched to its limit.
